未破裂脳動脈瘤患者の生活の質指標
SF-8, EQ5D およびSF-36 mental scoreを用いる。
発見時、発見より3ヶ月、12ヶ月の時点および治療がある場合治療前後の状況を検証する

Quality of life of patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms using SF-8, EQ5D and SF-36 mental score. Date will be obtained at the day of identification, 3months, and 12 months as well as post-treatment if any treatment are performed.

Modified Ranin scre, QOL　および破裂その他の事象の発現の有無を発見6年後に検証する

2006年1月～12月中に参加施設において新たに発見された未破裂脳動脈瘤を前向きに登録し、登録時、発見から3ヶ月、12ヶ月および6年の症状・QOL・発症後1年間の医療費を計算・登録する。また各患者の動脈瘤3次元画像情報を把握する。

Patients with newly diagnosed unruptured intracranial aneurysm during Jan. 2006 till Dec. 2006 are/ will be reggistered. Periodic follow-up at 3, 12 months and at the 6th year will be followed. Pateint's status, QOL, MMSE and 3D imaing will be acquired and analysed.
