あるいは
大動脈弁に一尖以上に石灰化

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１、リウマチ性心疾患
２　大動脈弁位人工弁置換術あるいは大動脈弁形成術後。前向き試験では手術予定が決まっている症例も除外とする。
３　その他主治医が不適当と判断した症例

4, not suitable to this study (a doctor decides)
