食前および食後８時間以内の血清リン、カルシウム、インタクトPTH、インタクトFGF23、尿中リン、尿中カルシウム、内皮依存性血管拡張反応(Flow-mediated dilation: FMD)

主な結果/Results

日本語
食事による高リン負荷(1200mg/meal)により血清リン濃度の有意な増加が認められたとともに、食後２時間後のFlow-mediated dilation(%FMD)を測定したところ、有意な低下を認めた。このことから、一過性のリン負荷と血清リン濃度上昇は、血管内皮機能を障害すると考えられた。

When the subjects ingested high phosphorus diet (1200mg/meal), serum phosphorus levels significantly increased at 2 hours after the meal ingestion. In addition, flow-mediated dilation (%FMD) of subjects also significantly decreased at 2 hours after high phosphorus diet ingestion, but not changed after control diet ingestion. These results suggest that acute increase in serum phosphorus level may be involved in endothelial dysfunction.
