胸骨圧迫のみに単純・短時間化した心肺蘇生講習会受講前に、自己学習用ビデオ教材で自己学習を行うことは、心肺蘇生法の手技修得にどの程度効果があるのかを検討する。

②上記医療従事者を養成する学校の学生　
③心肺蘇生講習会の受講に適さないと判断されたもの

1．自己学習用ビデオ教材により、蘇生実施を促す効果が認められたが、講習会による蘇生手技修得に対する上乗せ効果はみられなかった。
2．1時間でも、胸骨圧迫のみに単純化した蘇生法であれば、ある程度の手技を修得することが可能であった。
3．心肺蘇生の手技を修得するためには、講習会受講が必要であるが、自己学習用ビデオ教材による学習は、受講が困難なものに対する代替法としてある程度の効果が期待できる

3. We recommend general public undergo practical training course, even if short, to acquire CPR skills.
