(蛍光胆道造影 [FC])
FC delineated the confluence between the cystic duct and common hepatic duct (CyD-CHD) before and after dissection of Calot’s triangle in 80 patients (74%) and 99 patients (92%), respectively.
(肝癌の同定)
ICG fluorescence imaging enabled identification of 273 of 276 (99 %) HCCs in the resected specimens. HCCs showed that cancerous-type fluorescence was associated with higher cancer cell differentiation as compared with rim-type HCCs (P<0.001).
