（２）尿中trypsinogen-2の定量法の急性膵炎における診断能を、血中アミラーゼ、リパーゼと比較する。
（３）尿中trypsinogen-2試験紙での定性法と急性膵炎の重症度との相関、予後との相関を検討する。
（４）尿中trypsinogen-2定量法と急性膵炎の重症度との相関、予後との相関を検討する。
（５）急性膵炎の成因別の尿中trypsinogen-2試験紙での定性法および定量法と急性膵炎の診断能を評価する。
