女性における冠動脈狭窄、冠動脈壁石灰化スコア、冠動脈プラークの有無とサイズ、冠動脈壁含有脂質量などの冠動脈病変と高血圧、糖尿病、脂質異常症、肥満、喫煙などの冠動脈危険因子との関連は男性と比較してその危険因子の寄与度が異なるという仮説を検証する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
冠動脈疾患(CAD)の疑いで冠動脈単純CTスキャン及び冠動脈造影 ＣＴ検査（64列またはチャンネル以上）を施行したもの。

The patient who carried out a simple coronary artery CT scan and coronary angiography CT inspection (beyond 64 lines or channels) with the doubt of the coronary artery disease.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（１） 冠動脈血行再建術(PCI、CABG)の既往がある者。ただし、これから冠動脈血行再建術を予定しているものは除外しない。
（２） 川崎病の既往
（３） 冠動脈奇形を有する者
（４） 家族性高コレステロール血症の患者
（５） 明らかに予後が制限される担癌患者
（６） 現在　透析療法を行っている者
（７） 重篤な精神・神経疾患で治療中の者

(1) a person with the past history of the coronary artery revascularization (PCI and CABG). But, patient to schedule a coronary artery revascularization method from now isn't excluded.
(2) a patient with Kawasaki diseases.
(3) a patient with coronary artery deformity.
(4) a person with familial hypercholesterolemia.
(5) a patient whose prognosis is obviously restricted by cancer.
(6) a patient with dialysis.
(7) a patient with a serious psychological or neurological disease.
