選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）兵庫県立粒子線医療センターの治療基準の適格条件を満たし、不適格条件に該当しない頭頸部・肺・肝・骨軟部の原発性腫瘍
2）年齢20歳以上（上限なし）
3）炭素線・陽子線いずれの治療法でも治療可能と考えられる
4）6ヶ月以上の生存が期待できる
5）試験参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている

英語
1) Primary tumors of the head and neck, lung, liver, and bone and soft tissue eligible for the inclusion criteria and ineligible for the exclusion criteria of Hyogo Ion Beam Medical Center
2) 20 years old or older
3) Can be treated by either carbon-ion therapy or proton therapy
4) Expected to survive for 6 months or greater
5) Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）妊娠中・妊娠の可能性がある、または授乳中の女性
2）精神病または精神症状を合併しており、試験への参加が困難と判断される
3）リスク臓器の線量制限を炭素線・陽子線のいずれかまたは双方の治療計画で遵守できない

1) Pregnant, possible to be pregnant, or lactating
2) Judged to have difficulty being enrolled in the trial due to mental disorder
3) Can not meet the dose constraint of organs at risk in treatment planning
