一年に一度骨密度・骨撮影・血液・尿検査に同意
割り付けによるビタミンB12投与に同意
ビタミンB12を1か月以上内服していない

agreed to be randamized to administer Vit.B12
not use VitB.12 more than one month

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

検査、ビタミンB12内服ができない
ビタミンB12をすでに内服しており中断・中止できない
生命にかかわるような重篤な疾患の合併
併用禁止薬の使用
