昆布等の成分フコキサンチンは抗肥満効果がうたわれているが、安全性の報告はないため、健常人に投与しその安全性を確認する。

Fucoxanthin, which KOMBU contains, is thought to have preventive effect on visceral fat. However, there have been no reports on its safety in men. In this study, we try to confirm its clinical safety after oral administration.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

フィジカルサイン(身体診察)、(一般)血液検査および尿検査を実施し、肝機能、腎機能、血液成分等に対するフコキサンチンの影響を評価する。

フコキサンチン4mg入カプセル(440mg)を朝夕1個ずつ計2個880mgを28日間服用する。服用前後で身体所見、CT検査、血液検査、尿検査を行い、データを比較する。

Fucoxanthin capsule which contains 4mg, 1po bid for 28 days.
Pre-and post intake, we evaluate physical findings, abdominal CT for visceral fat area, blood chemicals and urine analysis.
