選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・副腎皮質ステロイド剤の内服または点滴が2週間以上投与されている者

Patients with adminstration of steroids internally or intravenously at more than 2weeks

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・胃切除後の患者
・HIV感染患者、HTLV-1感染症患者、原発性免疫不全症患者
・重篤な肝機能障害・腎機能障害を有する者
・病変に関する前情報がある場合（あらかじめ病変の有無，部位などがわかる場合は原則対象外とする）
・過去4週間以内に、抗菌薬、抗CMV薬投与がある患者

Patients with Primary Immunodeficiency Syndrome
Patients with severe liver and renal disfancction
In cases when previous information of gastrointestinal lesion is known
Patients with anti-CMV medication and antibacterial drug with 4 weeks
