気管支喘息に関し、問診、遺伝子検査の解析を行い、テーラーメイド的（個別化的）発症予知に基づいたテーラーメイド（個別化）予防指導を確立する。さらに、確立されたＱＯＬ調査票による予知・予防指導の効果の多面的（身体的かつ精神的、社会的ドメイン）評価法の確立。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
対象は、乳幼児健診に来所した10ヶ月または1歳半の乳幼児を対象とする。健診会場にて保健師により、気管支喘息発症に関する問診を行い、喘息発症の危険因子を有する乳幼児を抽出する。同意の得られた人には喘息発症に関する遺伝子検査を行う。抽出された乳幼児について、危険因子に応じて個別に、環境整備等の指導を行い、指導を行なった群と行なわなかった群で喘息発症に関して比較する。

Environmental and genetic factots for asthma onset were checked at 18 month.
The children who have the risk factors of asthma onset were advised by the pediatrician.
