管理栄養士によりランチョンマットを用いた食事療法を指導する。6ヶ月間の試験期間中に指導を4回行う。

A nationally registerd dietitian guides a diet therapy exercising the Lanchonmat Method.
Guidance are four times during the 6-month study period.

管理栄養士により糖尿病の食事療法のための食品交換表を用いた食事療法を指導する。6ヶ月間の試験期間中に指導を4回行う。

1.20歳以上の2型糖尿病患者
2.食事療法の教育が初回の患者
3.外来通院患者
4.本試験の参加に関して同意が文章で得られる患者

1.Patients more than Age 20 with type 2 diabetes mellitus
2.Patients with first diet therapy
3.Outpatients
4.Patients whose written informed consents are obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.薬物療法にもかかわらず血圧コントロール不良(収縮期200mmHg以上または拡張期血圧120mmHg以上)の患者
2.1型糖尿病およびその他の機序,疾患による糖尿病疑いのある患者
3.抗GAD抗体陽性の患者
4.腎不全(血清クレアチニンが男性で2.0mg/dL以上,女性で1.5mg/dL以上)の患者
5.妊娠中またはその可能性のある患者
6.その他医師の判断により対象として不適応と判断された患者

4.Patients with renal failure ( blood creatinine >= 2.0 (men) , 1.5
(wemen) mg/dL
5.Pregnant women, nursing women, or possible pregnant.
6.Other patients judged unsuitable by the attending physician.
