薬物経口投与後の消化管吸収過程の新しいin vivo評価方法として、PETを用いた分子イメージング技術の有用性を検討する。今回は2-[18F]Fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose ([18F]FDG)をPETプローブとして用い、本技術の臨床応用さらには新規医薬品開発への応用の可能性を検証する

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the usefulness of the technology for molecular imaging by PET as a new method to evaluate oral drug absorption in vivo.

・被験者は試験前日21時以降絶食とする。
・医薬品（[18F]FDG）を溶解した溶液を封入したカプセルを投与した後、ＰＥＴ撮像および経時採血を行う

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 18歳以上60歳以下の日本人健康男性（同意取得日及び試験実施日において）
2) 90分間のPET撮像に耐えられる健常成人ボランティア男性ボランティアを募集し、登録を行う。尚、ボランティアは自発的な意見に基づくものであるため、上下指導関係による強制力を伴わないこととする

2) Volunteers will be attended by their own accordance and unforced by hierarchical relationships.
