近年のMRI装置および主に肝臓領域における造影剤の進歩に対応するため、上腹部領域にて新たな撮影法と従来法の比較を行う。
さらにこれらの最新技術をMRI機能診断への応用し、妥当性の検証を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
すでにMRI検査が終了している症例は解析に十分な画像と臨床情報が得られた症例。
前向き研究部分では下記の除外基準を満たす患者を除く。

In the retrospective study, all aptients with adequate MR images and sufficient clinical data will be eligible.
In the prospective study, all aptients do not meet the exclusion criteria will be eligible.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
一般的なMRI検査禁忌（ペースメーカ装着者など）の患者。
造影剤を使用する場合、一般的な造影禁忌（類似薬でのアレルギー歴など）の患者。
データ使用の許可を得られない場合。

Patients with contraindications for MR exam.
Patients with contraindications for MR contrast media when using contrast medium.
Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
