白血球　3500-12000/microliter
血小板 100,000/microliter以上
ヘモグロビン8.0mg/dl以上
血清クレアチニン1.0mg/dl以下
総ビリルビン1.5×1.2mg/dl以下
血清アルブミン2.0以上

WBC 3500-12000/microliter
Plt 100,000/ microliter or over
Hb 8.0mg/dl or over

serum Alb 2.0 mg/dl or over

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

HbA1c 8.0% より上のDMの患者
酸素分圧60mmHg未満のCOPD患者

COPD with PaO2 less than 60 mmHg
