本研究は膵臓・胆道疾患の新規診断・治療法の開発を目的としたパイロット研究で、各種疾患における免疫担当細胞の役割、特にリンパ球分画（リンパ球サブセット）の相違を検討するものである。

The aim of this study is to develop the new diagnosis and treatment for pancreatic and biliary diseases. This study is planned to examine the immunopathological roles in pancreatic and biliary diseases, especially the lymphocyte subsets.
