(1)健康な成人男子
(2) 年齢２０歳以上39歳以下
(3) 文書による事前同意が得られる者

1. Healthy adult male
2. 20 years old to 39 years old
3. Those who can obtain informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 過去にミノサイクリンを含む抗生剤過敏症の既往歴のある者。
(2) 高度の心・肝・腎障害をもつ者
(3) アレルギ－症状の体質を有する者。
(4) 精神疾患をもつ者（既往を含む）。(5) その他、試験担当医師が不適当と判断した者。

1. Those who ever have side effects by antibiotics including minocycline
2. Those who have severe disease in heart, liver or kidney.
3. Those who have a tendency to develop allergy
4. Those who have ever diagnosed psychiatric disorders.
5. Those who are judged not appropriate to this study by medical doctor in charge.
