同種造血幹細胞移植の適応があり、当科で同種造血幹細胞移植を予定している患者。

Patients who are eligible for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and scheduled to undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①皮膚病変などにより24時間心電図の測定に伴うカーディアックセンサーのテープ塗布が困難な患者
②5％以上の心拍において上室・心室性期外収縮を認める患者
③慢性心房細動を有する患者
④試験担当医師が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した患者

(1) Difficulty in sticking tape attachments of cardiac sensor for 24-hour ECG monitoring to the skin due to cutaneous lesion or any other condition
(2) The rate of supraventricular or ventricular premature contractions exceed 5 or more percent of total heart beats
(3)Patients with chronic atrial fibrillation
(4)No indication for this study judged by physician in charge

移植前処置前と移植後day30の心拍変動を解析し、これらが同種造血幹細胞移植後の移植関連死亡をはじめとする予後に及ぼす影響を解析する。

前向き研究。

方法
同種造血幹細胞移植前処置開始前に1回、移植後day 30に1回、24 時間心電図を測定する。心電図データは心拍変動解析ソフトにて解析される。

We analyze heart rate variability before conditioning for transplantation and on day 30 after transplantation, and assess an impact on prognosis including transplant-related mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Prospective study.

Procedure
Patients undergo the 24-hour ambulatory ECG recording once before conditioning for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and on day 30 after transplantation. The stored ECG data is analyzed by a software for heart rate variability analysis (MemCalc/CHIRAM version 1, Suwatrust, Tokyo, Japan).
