・当科にて実施する心臓、大動脈定期手術患者全てを対象とする

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・重度喘息の合併あり
・重度糖尿病の合併あり
・術後も心房細動が持続している、もしくは持続すると推測される場合

*existence of severe bronchial asthma
*existence of severe DM
*persistent atrial fibrillation before entering ICU
