大垣市民病院消化器科および外科において診断され、経皮的肝生検または肝切除術が行われた慢性肝疾患および肝がん患者の組織のうち、診断および治療後の残余検体を使用する。組織は液体窒素にて凍結し-80 度の冷凍で保存してWestern blotting 等の解析を行う。

The tissues are obtained by surgical resection or percutaneous liver biopsy from the patients with hepatitis or hepatocellular carcinoma at the Department of Surgery, Ogaki Municipal Hospital. The resected tissues were snapfrozen in liquid nitrogen and then stored at -80 degree until used for the analysis.
