目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
炎症性腸疾患は原因不明の難病であり、いまだ確定した治療法がないのが現状である。マウスの研究では無菌マウスでは腸炎が発症しないことなどが知られておりこれまでにも腸内細菌の病態における関与が示唆されている。
しかし腸内細菌は無数に存在することや、腸内細菌を網羅的解析することは困難であった。そこでヤクルト研究所と共同研究により腸内細菌を網羅的に解析を行い、炎症性腸疾患患者に特有の細菌プロファイルを確立することを目的とする

It is a current state that the inflammatory bowel disease is an intractable disease of an uncertain cause, and doesn't have the treatment method still fixed. It is known that mice in germ-free condition don't develop and has been suggested that bacteria participate in colitis so far.
However, it was difficult for anarysis of bacteria in intestins. Then, it aims to analyze bacteria by a joint research covering it as the Yakult laboratory, and to establish a peculiar bacillus profile in inflammatory intestines disease patients.
