電気刺激試験によるフェンタニルの鎮痛効果の定量、術中のレミフェンタニル必要量(時間平均投与量)、手術終了後2,4,6,12,24時間後の、患者自己管理鎮痛法(Patient-controlled analgesia: PCA)による術後フェンタニルの必要量、疼痛スコア、および麻薬の副作用(呼吸数、鎮静スコア、嘔気スコア、嘔吐数)、遺伝子多型網羅解析
