東京大学医学部附属病院眼科病棟に予定入院する患者のうち、硝子体手術を受け、主治医が術後フェイスダウン保持を必要とすると判断した成人患者。

Patient who was treated with vitreoretinal surgery with gas injection.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
整形外科の疾患などにより術前から身体的疼痛のある者。
アロマトリートメントに用いる精油のパッチテストが陽性であった者。

英語
Patients would be excluded if they had chronic pain due to other illness.
Patients who shows allergy to essential oil would also be excluded.
