日本語
①　腹膜透析患者（新規，継続）のインターネットWeb登録システム（Peritoneal dialysis registry）を確立する。
②　Peritoneal dialysis registryを基盤とした登録データ解析（一次研究）および多施設共同前向きコホート研究（二次研究）を行う。腹膜透析継続に重要な残存腎機能維持関連因子、腹膜炎発症率、腹膜透析継続率などについて明らかにする。

1) To establish internet-based registry systems in Japanese patients receiving PD
2) To identify predictors to preserve residual renal function among diabetic or elderly patients undergoing PD in a multi-center, prospective, observational study
