11C-PiB-PET検査時の投与直後から全身薬剤分布を調べて、脳に対して視野外放射線の影響がどの程度あるのかを調べる.
さらに後期層画像の脳への集積をみて、臨床的有用性を検討する.

To measure the whole body distribution of PiB to evaluate the effect of activity outside the brain on quantitative capability in the early phase.
To evaluate the cortical deposition in the late phase to explore the clinical usefulness.

MCIおよびその疑いで、主治医がPiB-PET検査が臨床的に有用と考える患者

Patients with known or suspected MCI whom the referring physician considers that PiB-PET scan is clinically useful

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 仰向けの姿勢が100分間保てない
2) MRI検査で大きな出血や梗塞後の変化がある
3) 検査が施行できない可能性がある
4) 放射線を多く受ける可能性がある
5) 研究者が不適と判断する被験者

1) Cannot keep supine position for 100min
2) Large cerebral hemorrhage or infarction on MRI
3) Possibility of incomplete scan
4) Too much radiation exposure
5) Unsuitable for anyother reasons
