1）病理学的に診断が確定している前立腺がん患者
2）未治療、または開始後12ヶ月以内の内分泌療法以外の治療を受けておらず、病理標本を含めた十分な治療前診断情報が入手可能である患者
3）臨床的にT1-3N0M0である患者
4）本研究への参加について文書による同意が得られた患者
　（代諾者等の同意を含む）

2)previously untreated or receiving hormone therapy within 12 months and possible to record sufficient medical informations for analysis
3)clinical stage T1-T3N0M0
4)written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）内分泌療法施行中にPSAの再上昇を認めたもの
2）診断確定のための病理標本が入手不可能なもの
3）活動性の重複癌があるもの
4）その他、医学的、心理学的または他の要因により不適格と判断されるもの

1)re-elevation of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) after start of hormone therapy
2)impossible to refer pathological specimen
3)active concurrent malignancy
4)other medical or psychological reasons for exclusion
