日本語
造血幹細胞移植に伴う身体的・精神心理的症状に対する非薬理学的アプローチとして、近年、運動介入が期待されている。これまでにも、移植に関連する廃用症候群に対していくつかの運動介入が実施され、その効果と重要性が報告されている。しかしながら、これらの多くは移植病室退室後の介入が多く、最も身体機能が低下するとされている移植後早期の無菌室内からの運動療法介入効果を検討しているものは散見される程度しかない。そこで、本研究では移植早期からのリハビリテーション介入が身体機能および健康関連QOL、在院日数等にどういった影響を及ぼすのかを短期的・長期的に前向きに調査することとした。

Before, during and after hematopoietic stem cell transplamtation (HSCT), patients often experience enormous physical, psychological and psychosocial stress. Recently, exercise has been proposed as a non-pharmacologic adjuvant therapy to combat the physiological and psychological symptoms of HSCT. However, no studies have focused on the effects of exercise therapy on HSCT patients during the early phase of post-transplantation.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the short-term and long-term effects of early exercise therapy on patients undergoing HSCT.

1.Maliginant hematopoietic disease with the indication of a HSCT
2.Patients aged 20 years or more
3.Good Japanese language skills
4.The written consent of the patient

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・運動制限が必要となる心臓または肺の疾患を有する症例
・Karnofsky performance scale が40%以下の症例
