当該薬剤にアレルギーを有する患者、当該薬剤による副作用での不利益が効果による有益性を超えると予想される患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
熱帯病･寄生虫症の症例に対する国内未承認薬（国外では標準薬として使用されている薬剤）の有効性と安全性を評価する臨床研究を開始した。研究班全体の進捗状況は、2013年4月から2014年3月までに48症例が登録された。疾患別ではマラリアが最も多く（20症例）、次いでトキソプラズマ症（6症例）、赤痢アメーバ症（5症例）であった。薬剤別ではメトロニダゾール注射薬とプリマキン錠が最も多く（各10症例）、次いでアーテメター･ルメファントリン合剤（8症例）であった。宮崎大学医学部附属病院では、肝蛭症1例に対しトリクラベンダゾールが処方された。
2014年4月から2016年12月までに110症例が登録された。疾患別ではマラリアが最も多く（62症例）、次いでトキソプラズマ症（34症例）、肝蛭症（6症例）であった。薬剤別ではトキソプラズマ症のピリメタミン（35症例　サイトメガロウイルス感染症1例含む）とスルファジアジン（31症例）が最も多く、次いでプリマキン（27症例）、アーテメター･ルメファントリン合剤（25症例）であった。
