目的1/Narrative objectives1

高精度の位置照合と総被曝線量の低減との両立を目指すため、メガボルトコーンビームCTの画像誘導放射線量による被曝線量の増加分を放射線治療計画にあらかじめ組み込むとともに、得られたデータを元に骨合わせと軟部組織合わせとの精度に関する定量的な検討を行い、至適位置照合スケジュールや照射標的セットアップマージン(照射位置誤差を見越した余裕分の辺縁量)の設定を決定する。

毎週1回、熟練した放射線治療医がコーンビームCTと治療計画CTから得られた軟部組織画像の変位計測を行い、標的が照射野内に入っていることを確認し、必要に応じてセットアップ位置の修正を行う。
