開心術術後患者の自律神経活動と心房細動・粗動発症の関係をホルター心電図での解析から明らかにする．また，β1選択的遮断薬の使用（静注：塩酸ランジオロール、内服：カルベジロール）が自律神経活動，心房細動・粗動の発症に及ぼす影響を検討する．

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

開心術術直後より塩酸ランジオロール,　内服可能となった時点でカルベジロールを投与する群と通常治療群を無作為に設定し、術後7日間における心房細動・粗動の発生頻度を主要アウトカム評価項目として検討する。

This study is a randomized open-label controlled trial. An ultra-short acting beta- blocker (landiolol hydrochloride) is intravenously given immediately after cardiac surgery, followed by oral carvedilol in the patients randomized to treatment group. The incidence of postoperative atrial fibrillation / flutter during 7days after operation is evaluated as a major outcome.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．術前より慢性あるいは発作性心房細動を指摘されている患者
2．術前より抗不整脈剤(Ⅰa Ⅰc およびⅢ、Ⅳ群)が投与されている患者
3．洞不全症候群患者
4．Ⅱ度以上の房室ブロック患者
5．重度心不全患者（術前EF<30%）
6. 気管支喘息の既往　治療歴のある患者
7. 術前よりβ遮断薬を内服している患者

1. Patients with chronic or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
2. Patients receiving antiarrhythmic agents: Ia, IIc and IV groups
3. Patients with sick sinus syndrome
4. Patients with higher than 2 degree atrioventricular block
5. Heart failure patients with EF less than 30%
6. Patients with bronchial asthma
7. Patients receiving beta blockers
