選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）DSM-Ⅳに基づくAutism Diagnostic Interview-Revisedで診断した、高機能自閉症、アスペルガー障害、または特定不能の広汎性発達障害を対象とする。
2）WAIS-Rで測定した言語性知能指数>90かつ総知能指数>80

1) Subjects diagnosed with high-functioning autism, Asperger disorder, or pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified using Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised
2) Subjects with normal intelligent (Verbal IQ > 90 and total IQ > 80 measured with Wechsler Adult Intelligent Scale Revised)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１） オキシトシンの過敏症の既往
２） 体内の金属など、MRI禁忌事項に該当
３） 5分以上の意識障害を伴う頭部外傷の既往
４） アルコール関連障害または物質関連障害の既往
５） 気分障害、不安障害などの併発疾患の病状が不安定

1) History of allergy for oxytocin
2) Cannot enter Magnetic Resonance Scanner
3) History of traumatic brain injury with any known cognitive consequences or loss of consciousness for more than 5 minutes
4) History of substance abuse or addiction
5) Instabilized with psychiatric comorbidity
