通常のRAS系阻害剤にても腎症の進展が抑制できない糖尿病症例に対して3日間の低用量カルペリチド持続投与療法を行い腎機能や尿蛋白量の変化を各種マーカーを用いて評価すること。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）1.7mg/dl≦Cr＜4.0mg/dlの糖尿病腎症患者
2) 1g/gCr＜尿蛋白量（腎症3A期以上）の糖尿病腎症患者
3）性別は問わない
4）年齢20歳以上85歳未満
5）本試験の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる患者

study subjects should meet the criteria below; serum creatine greater than 1.7mg/dl to less than 4.0mg/dl, and urinary protein amount greater than 1 gram per 1 gram of urinary creatinine.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）肝代謝能が低下していると考えられる以下のような患者
急性肝炎、慢性肝炎の急性増悪、肝硬変、肝癌、黄疸
2）妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある婦人および授乳婦
3）その他、担当医師が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した患者

exclusion criteria are shown as below; subjects with decreased hepatic metabolism including acute hepatitis, exaggerated phase of chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma and jaundice, women with pregnancy and its possibility or lactation and subjects whom the attending doctor considered as non-suitable for the entry for this study.
