参加施設における以下の条件を満たす患者を対象とする。
1) 2008年1月1日から2008年12月31日に入院した患者
2) 発症24時間以内に入院した虚血性脳血管障害患者
3) 脳主幹動脈に閉塞を確認された患者

1) The patients admitted from Jan. 1st 2008 to Dec. 31st 2008.
2) The patients admitted within 24 hours after onset
3) The patients with major cerebral vessel occlusion
