代謝モニタを用いて開腹手術を受ける患者の術中エネルギー消費量を測定し、ブドウ糖を含む輸液、含まない輸液を投与することによる術中エネルギー消費量の変化及び術後の糖代謝への影響を調べる

Physical status においてⅢ以上の重症患者。神経疾患、甲状腺疾患、腎障害、肝障害のある患者、著しいるいそう、著しい肥満体。腹腔鏡下手術患者。

neurologic disease, renal disorder, liver disorder, emaciation, morbid obesity, undergoing lapaloscopic surgery
