選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・病理組織学的に腺癌が確認されている。
・膵癌に対する切除術以外に前治療を受けたことがない。
・Performance status が0,1である。
・経口摂取が可能である。
・主要臓器（骨髄，肝，腎，肺など）の機能が十分に維持されている。
・患者本人から文書による同意が得られている。

Histologically or cytologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the pancreas;no prior anticancer therapy;performance status of 0 to 1;adequate organ functions;written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・活発な感染症を有する。
・重篤な心，肺合併症。
・活発な消化性潰瘍。
・妊婦。
・重篤な精神障害。
・消化吸収障害。

Active infection; severe heart disease;
interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis; pleural effusion or ascites; active gastroduodenal ulcer; pregnant or nursing women; severe mental disorder; active concomitant malignancy; or other serious medical conditions;mal-absorption syndrome
