2)文書により研究参加の同意が得られた者

1)Healthy volunteers and patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease more than 18 years-old
2)Subjects with written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)塩酸リドカインに対して過敏症既往のある者
2)胃切除の既往のある者
3)研究開始前2週間以内に臨床的に問題となる疾病があった者
4)心血管，腎臓，肝臓，神経，精神あるいは消化器系に重篤な疾患を有する者
5)その他，担当医師が不適当と判断した者

4)Severe diseases in heart, kidney, liver, nerve, digestive system,or severe mental disorder
