主な結果/Results

日本語
2015年11月までに、帯状疱疹発症者16784名、2回発症者1077名を、把握しており、その解析による中間報告を予定している。診断に関して、6月から942例のPCR法によって937例（99.5%）が帯状疱疹と確認した。
2回発症者は、帯状疱疹患者なお約6%であることなのをOpen Forum Infect Dis (2017) 4 (1): ofx007.　 https://doi.org/10.1093/ofid/ofx007に発表した。

PCR法により帯状疱疹患者2508例の年齢と性別の帯状疱疹発症部について、その結果を、Shiraki K, Toyama N, Shiraki A, Yajima M; Miyazaki Dermatologist Society. Age-dependent trigeminal and female-specific lumbosacral increase in herpes zoster distribution in the elderly. J Dermatol Sci. 2018, 90(2):166-171. doi:10.1016/j.jdermsci.2018.01.009. Epub 2018 Jan 31.に報告した。

水痘の定期接種に伴う帯状疱疹の疫学変化を解析した。Toyama N, Shiraki K, the Miyazaki Dermatologist Society. Universal varicella vaccination increased the incidence of herpes zoster in the child-rearing generation as its short-term effect. J Dermatol Sci. in press. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jdermsci.2018.07.003

Total 14631 patients with herpes zoster and 964 patients with recurrent herpes zoster have been registered unitil Feb 2015. We are summarizing the feature of recurrent herpes zoster for the interim report. We have examined the swabs from 942 patients and 937 (99.5%) swabs were confirmed for VZV-DNA.
Recurrence of herpes zoster was observed about 6% of the patients and this information is published in Open Forum Infect Dis (2017) 4 (1): ofx007. https://doi.org/10.1093/ofid/ofx007.

Dermatome distribution of herpes zoster lesions in 2508 patients with
PCR-confirmation ere analyzed and published in Journal of Dermatological Science (doi: 10.1016/j.jdermsci.2018.01.009).

We have reported the effect of universal varicella vaccination on the epidemiology of herpes zoster.

帯状疱疹患者が宮崎県皮膚科医会の施設で診断されると、性別、年齢を届け出る。2回発症解析施設では、性別、年齢と2回の発症の年齢、部位、基礎疾患について届け出る。発症者の年齢性別分布、発症頻度を検討する。2回発症者については、2回発症の年齢、性別、期間と部位と基礎疾患の関連性について統計学的に解析する。2回発症は2009年6月にさかのぼって調査する。
帯状疱疹発症部位については、2013年1月から始める

[宮崎県における帯状疱疹発症者の疫学調査] に移行し、調査を継続している。

Patients with zoster visit the clinic of the Society of the Miyazaki Prefecture Dermatologists, and their gender and age were registered. The age-based or gender-based incidence of zoster is analysed. The gender, age, dermatomes, underlying diseases of patients with the 2nd episodes in the fixed clincs were registered. The relashonships among the age, gender, interval, dermatome, and underlying diseases of patients with the 2nd episode of zoster are statistically analyzed. Patients with two episodes of zoster was retrospectively collected from July 2009.
Dermatomes of herpes zoster is registered form January, 2013.

This epidemiological survey has been transferred to " Epidemiolgy of herpes zoster in Miyazaki prefecture." R000038791 UMIN000034029" and is conituing.
