１．各ウイルス指向性（CCR5、CXCR4、二重／混合指向性）の割合
２．ウイルス指向性と患者背景との関連性
A. 患者背景（年齢、性別、診断年月日、診断時HIV-RNA量、診断時CD4陽性細胞数、最低 CD4陽性細胞数、治療歴、治療薬剤の種類・投与量・投与期間、併用薬、AIDS発症歴の有無など）
B. 薬物血中濃度
C. 毛髪、唾液中の治療薬剤濃度
D. 唾液中のHIV-RNA量
E. 治療開始時の薬剤耐性、感受性
F. 指向性検査時のHIV-RNA量及びCD4陽性細胞数
G. 指向性検査時の骨密度など代謝指標
