目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	要支援・要介護高齢者を対象にして、筋発揮張力維持スロー法を実践し、体力指標の向上効果を検討する	The purpose is to investigate the effect of "low-intensity resistance training with slow movement and tonic generation" on physical fitness of elderly persons certified by long-term care insurance.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	60 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	95 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	介護保険にて要介護認定を受けている。 歩行が可能な者。	persons certified in long-term care insurance persons who can walk
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	介護保険にて要介護認定を受けていない者。 歩行が不能な者。 基準値（180/110mmHg）以上の血圧で未治療の者。 重篤な骨粗鬆症の者。 コントロールされていない心疾患保持者。 主治医から運動制限を指示されている者。	persons not certified in long-term care insurance persons who can not walk person who have hypertension and are not treated(over 180/110mmHg) persons who have severe osteoporosis persons who have heart diseases that are not controlled persons who are recommended not to do exercise from their family doctors
