PAD患者でのEVT後におけるサルポグレラートの再狭窄抑制効果を検討するために、サルポグレラート投与群と非投与群の無作為割り付けによる非盲検群間比較試験を行い、臨床的有効性と安全性を検討する

ABI≦0.9かつ血管造影にて50％以上の狭窄がある患者
大腿膝窩動脈にEVTを施行する患者
EVTで初期成功が得られた患者

LEss than 0.9 of ABI
More than 50% stenosis by visual estimate
patients wtih procedure success

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

大腿膝窩動脈に対する血行再建の既往
急性動脈閉塞
妊娠、もしくはその可能性のあるもの
内服薬にアレルギーのあるもの

Patients with previous lower extremity bypass surgery, previous EVT in the femoropopliteal artery, acute onset limb ischemia, or severe lower extremity ischemic symptoms classified into Rutherford category 1 or 6
