目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では、鉄過剰や赤血球増加を呈する可能性があるC型慢性肝炎や、難治性・不応性貧血を呈することが多い多発性骨髄腫におけるヘプシジンやプロヘプシジンなどの鉄代謝関連分子を計測し、ヘプシジンなどの動態を把握することにより、その病態への関与を明らかにすることを目的とする。	In this retrospective study, we investigate the iron metabolism to study its clinical significance in patients with chronic hepatitis C or multiple myeloma.
