日本語
温度応答性培養皿を用いて軟骨細胞シートを作製し、膝関節軟骨損傷部位へ移植する。この新規治療法の客観的評価をプライマリーエンドポイントとして安全性を評価する。

Chondrocyte sheets are fabricated using temperature-responsive culture dish, and to be transplanted to the cartilage defect of the knee joint. We provide objective evaluations of the safety of this new treatment as a primary endpoint.

関節鏡検査時に軟骨損傷程度を確認し、その際に細胞シート作製のために必要な、滑膜と軟骨を採取する。温度応答性培養皿を用いて細胞シートを作製する。作製された軟骨細胞シートを対象患者に対して移植する。

We confirm the status of cartilage defect and obtain the tissue of cartilage and synovium under arthroscopic technique. Chondrocyte sheets are fabricated using temperature responsive culture dish and to be transplanted to the study patient.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

関節鏡所見で軟骨損傷がOuterbridge分類Grade III以上で大きさが4.2cm2未満。

英語
Selection criteria of cartilage defect under arthroscopy is greater than or equal to Outerbridge classification Grade III, and less than 4.2 square centimeter.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 患者や御家族への特別な配慮が必要となり倫理的に困難な場合。
② 重大な合併症を有している場合。
③ 問題となるような感染症（HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, FTA-ABS等の陽性を含む）を有している場合。

2. Having severe complications.
3. Having infectious disease (including positive of HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, FTA-ABS.)
