日本語
国内の喘息大発作を起こした患者を対象として背景、リスク、環境、誘因、大発作までの経緯（症状の変化）等の諸条件の実態を調査し、これらの因子と大発作発現後血中酸素飽和度（SpO2）が24時間以上90％を超えるまでに要した日数、入院期間、酸素からの離脱に要した期間、及びnear-fatal asthmaとの関連を探索する。

To identify the characteristics of patients with severe asthma attacks, such as backgrounds, risk factors, circumstances, triggers, symptoms and signs.

To explore the characteristics related to time to maintain the SpO2 level of >90% for 24 hours after admission, hospitalization period, time to wean from oxygen, and occurrence of near fatal asthma.

・気管支喘息大発作のため入院を必要とした患者
・入院時（搬送時を含む）の治療前（あるいは治療開始時）SpO2（room air）が90%以下である患者

- Patients requiring hospitalization due to severe asthma attacks
- Patients with SpO2 of =< 90% on room air at the time of hospitalization or transportation before treatment

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・今回入院を要した大発作の誘因が喘息以外と考えられる患者
・その他の理由により、研究責任医師又は研究担当医師が本研究への参加を不適当と判断する患者

- Patients requiring hospitalization due to any reason other than asthma attacks
- Patients ruled out by investigators due to ineligibilities
