日本語
本研究では、透析導入時の慢性腎不全患者において、カルシウム含有リン吸着薬「炭酸カルシウム」と、カルシウム非含有リン吸着薬「炭酸ランタン」の血管石灰化進展に及ぼす影響を比較し、炭酸ランタンが炭酸カルシウムに比べ、血管石灰化進展を抑制できるかどうかを検討することとした。

高リン血症合併の血液透析導入患者

Patients new to hemodialysis with hyperphosphatemia

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)炭酸ランタンあるいは炭酸カルシウム添付文書において禁忌に該当する患者
2)副甲状腺摘除術後の患者
3)重篤な消化管障害を有する患者
4)腸閉塞の既往のある患者
5)重篤な肝機能障害を有する患者
6)腹膜透析施行歴のある患者
7)妊娠あるいは妊娠の可能性のある患者、授乳中の患者
8)その他主治医が不適切と判断する患者

2)Patients with history of parathyroidectomy
3)Gastrointestinal disorder
4)Patients with history of illeus
5)CAPD(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis)
6)Pregnant and breast-feeding
7)Patients judged as being inappropriate for this study by investigators
