移植前、移植後3週間、6週間目に上部および下部内視鏡検査を行い、同時に生検を行う。この生検材料を用いて、消化管に浸潤する免疫細胞の種類の同定、その増殖およびapoptosisと、介在するウイルスの存在を同定する。
移植前、移植後3週間、6週間目に、PET/CT検査を行い、消化管GVHDの診断に有用であるか否かを解析する。
上記の結果を解析することによって、HLA半合致移植後の消化管GVHDの正確な診断、予後、さらには有効な治療法の開発に結びつける。

英語
Gastrointestinal and colon fiberscopic analyses are performed before transplantation, and 3 weeks and 6 weeks after transplantation. Using the biopsy specimens, immune cells infiltrating pathological intestinal lesions and their proliferation or apoptosis are analyzed. Viruses that cause intestinal symptoms are identified. PET/CT scans are performed before transplantation, and 3 weeks and 6 weeks after transplantation, and the usefulness of PET/CT findings for the diagnosis of intestinal GVHD is analyzed.
By these analyses, we establish the methods to enable a precise diagnosis of intestinal GVHD, and identify the prognostic factors of intestinal GVHD, and establish a novel therapy for intestinal GVHD after HLA-haploidentical stem cell transplantation.
