選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) ARAS患者
2) 対象病変が18mm未満、対象血管径は4mm以上6mm以下の患者

(ア) 臨床上の症候性（難治性高血圧、進行性腎機能障害、腎萎縮、心不全など）
(イ) 各種画像上血行動態悪化と判断される片側/両側狭窄（狭窄率70%以上）
(ウ) 腎動脈エコーにて収縮期最高血流速度（PSV）が180 cm/秒以上且つRAR3.5以上、最大収縮期圧較差20 mmHg以上を満たす

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) eGFR 10 ml/min以下である患者
2) 腎委縮もしくは腎長が7 cm未満である患者
3) 腎動脈閉塞病変を有する患者
4) PTA困難な高度石灰化病変を有する患者
5) 分枝病変にも治療必要な病変を有する患者
6) 病変に隣接する大量の急性又は亜急性血栓を有する患者7) 出血性疾患患者、抗凝固療法又は抗血小板療法が不可能な患者
8) 造影剤の血管外漏出が認められる血管穿孔を有する患者
9) 腎動脈瘤内病変、病変に隣接する近位又は遠位に腎動脈瘤を有する患者
10) 本研究への参加が不適切と判断される患者
