適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	35 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	90 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	特発性黄斑円孔と診断され、硝子体手術を施行した症例	Patients who was diagnosed with idiopathic epiretinal membrane and undergone vitreous surgery.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	続発性黄斑前膜、内眼手術・眼内炎症の既往、他の眼疾患の存在、後嚢破損や虹彩損傷といった術中合併症、皮質、核、後嚢下混濁のいずれかがLOCSIII分類でグレード４以上の高度の白内障例。	Cases of secondary epiretinal membrane, a history of ocular surgery and inflammation, the presence of other ocular diseases, and intraoperative complications such as posterior capsule rupture and severe iris damage. Cases with severe lens opacity (more than grade 4 for any type of cataract: cortical, nuclear or posterior subcapsular) by the LOCS (lens opacities classification system) III classification.
