歩行アシスト群：歩行アシスト機器を装着し1回90分（前半は週2回、後半は週1回で、年間48回）の歩行運動を実施する

1）大府市在住の高齢者で2011年8月から2012年2月にかけて実施された健康チェックを受けた者
2）身体的な虚弱性を有する者
3）書面にて研究参加に同意した者

1) Elderly people, aged 65 over and living in Obu city, having health check from Aug in 2011 to Feb in 2012.
2) Having physical frailty
3) Being agreed with participation in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）重篤・不安定な疾病を有する者
2）脳卒中・パーキンソン病の既往
3）認知症の疑いがある者（MMSE < 18）
4）歩行が著しく困難な者
5）他の研究の参加候補者
6）要介護状態

1) Having serious or unstable illnesses
2) History of stroke or Parkinson's disease
3) MMSE score < 18
4) Having difficulty in gait
5) Participating other projects
6) Needing long-term care
