手術の2週間前から術後12週まで600kcal/日を目安に免疫増強経腸栄養剤を摂取する。

Intake of immune-enhancing enteral nutrients from 2 weeks before surgery to 12 weeks after surgery. The dose of nutrients is approximately 600kcal per day.

１）同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上80歳未満
２）膵頭十二指腸切除術を施行される患者
３）本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けたのち、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1)Patients over the age of 20, and under the age of 80
2)Patients who will undergo Pancreaticoduodenectomy
3)Patients who fully understand the study procedures and consent the document voluntary after an adequate explanation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）活動性の感染症を有している患者
２）牛乳アレルギーを有する患者
３）イレウスのある患者
４）腸管の機能が残存していない患者
５）高度の肝・腎機能障害がある患者
６）重症糖尿病などの糖代謝異常のある患者
７）先天性アミノ酸代謝異常のある患者
８）担当医師が医学的根拠から不適当と判断した患者

4)Patients whose intestinal function is not the residual
5)Patients with advanced liver dysfunction or advanced renal dysfunction
6)Patients with abnormal glucose metabolism, such as severe diabetes

8)Patients who were deemed inappropriate for medical reasons
